Leading Architectural Transformation: Drive the transformation process by identifying and addressing existing anti-patterns. Redesign the architecture to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Consensus Building: Facilitate discussions and achieve consensus among diverse teams and stakeholders. Ensure alignment of architectural goals with business objectives.
Pre-delivery Support: Collaborate with development teams on projects to ensure the successful application of the new architecture. Provide guidance and support during the development process.
Applying the New Architecture: Offer IT support in the early stages of the product development process. Ensure the new architecture is effectively integrated into new products.
Demonstrated expertise in software development and design, preferably across the full stack.
Experience in developing products that manage high user traffic, ideally supporting millions of users monthly.
Knowledge of network layers, cube management, and server oversight within a tech team context.
