IT Support Specialist

The Internal Tools & Services team, led by Radek Žikeš, is currently looking for a new team member to help expand the support part of the team. Your tasks will include managing end-user devices, supporting users, preparing hardware for new colleagues, managing information systems, and communicating with suppliers.

What will you do?

  • User support and everything it involves. Onboarding, off-boarding, replacements, installations, troubleshooting.
  • Hardware and meeting rooms – we set up rooms and provide technical supervision for regular lectures or meet-ups.
  • Managing user accounts and access rights, and coordinating with our suppliers.
  • Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, computer networks, and applications.

What are we looking for?

  • The foundation is an active approach, a desire to solve problems, and to find their causes.
  • Communication and understanding.
  • You know how to operate at least one of the operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Experience with ordering, tracking, and servicing hardware for end users.
  • Networking knowledge (finding IP addresses, setting up DNS).
  • Preference for working mainly onsite.
  • English at a communicative level (B1 and above).

We will be extra happy if you have

  • Advanced skills in macOS, Linux, or Windows.
  • Admin experience with Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of MDM (for Apple and Windows systems).
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers and business partners.
  • Familiarity with security standards for end users.
